Habitat: The Steppe Eagle nests in the steppe zone of Eurasia from the eastern coast of the Black Sea to Tibet, Manchuria, and Mongolia. In autumn, it migrates to Southeast Asia, India, Eastern and Southern Africa.

Diet: Consists of small mammals such as squirrels and rabbits. In winter, they also feed on reptiles and other small birds.
